FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping all over the world when your order value is above a certain limit. The limits varies between regions/countries depending on the actual cost of shipping.

European countries either have USD 80 or USD 120 as limit for the order. Outside Europe the limits are either USD 300 or USD 350 on your total order value. The free shipping limit is automatically calculated at check out.

Shipment and delivery

General

We ship with UPS to more than 60 countries around the world.

If you wish to make an order to another country not presently in our list, please send us an e-mail to info@professionalsecrets.com. 

Depending on the size of your order, it could come in one or more boxes. If delivered in more than one box it might arrive to you at different days and times.

 

Also, if you wish to make a larger order, please contact us for the best and most cost efficient solution.

Your delivery step-by-step

1) Order confirmation
Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with information on your purchase.

2) Delivery update
If your delivery were to be delayed we will notify you by e-mail with a new estimated lead time from our supplier. The same applies if your products were to be out of stock with our supplier.

3) Shipping confirmation
Our normal pick & pack time in our warehouse is 1-3 business days. When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation by E-mail. In the shipping confirmation you will receive a tracking link, so that you can follow your order's progress all the way to your home.

4) Text message-notification
Finally, you will be notified by text message (SMS) when your delivery is ready to collect or when it's out for home delivery. Your parcels may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipment on the shipping carriers website.

Our shipping lead times

The delivery times specified for each shipping company below refer to the time after your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to a carrier.

These times are the estimates that are provided to us by the carrier and not a guaranteed delivery date. Note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer.

All our orders are shipped with UPS by default. The general indication from UPS is that all shipping times should be within 2 -5 working days, regardless of destination in the world. 

 

When your order leaves our warehouse, the transportation liability passes over to the carrier and we do not make any promises regarding shipping. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from any and all compensation claims regarding delays in shipping which have been caused by our suppliers (in the case of a back-order) or our carriers after an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping costs

All our shipments are made out of our warehouse in Germany and the shipping cost is calculated on the actual cost for shipping from Germany to the receivers location. We ship to UPS delivery points all around the world. If you like to have it delivered to your home, you need to contact UPS' customer service in your respective country.

We have to charge shipping cost for smaller orders, above a certain order amount shipping is free. The shipping cost varies per region according to the zone price list from the carrier.

Within the Europe the limit for free shipping varies between USD 50 to 100, depending on the actual shipping cost or if it is in the European Union. The shipping fee for orders, below the limit, varies between USD 10 to 20, depending on the actual shipping cost or if it is in the European Union.

For the Rest of the world the limit for free shipping varies between USD 300 to 350, depending on the actual shipping cost to the destination. The shipping fee for orders below the limit varies between USD 30 to 40, depending on the actual shipping cost to the destination.

Responsibility of the receiver

The buyer (receiver) of the product is always responsible to pay local applicable customs duties and VAT/sales tax, depending on the local regulations at the destination. For buyers within the European Union, all this is handles by us selling and no other fees will apply. Outside the European Union, the responsibility stays with the buyer of the product.

Uncollected orders

Within European Union, the shipment is normally stored 5 days and after that returned to the sender. If home delivery, 3 attempts to deliver is made and after that returned to sender. You can get in contact with UPS' customer service in the receiving country to change delivery address or delivery date, etc. It is also possible to change delivery to a UPS delivery point nearby you.

 

If you have not collected your order, or arranged for home delivery within this time limit, your order will be returned to us and we will charge you USD 15 for an uncollected delivery. If you regret your purchase after the order has been prepared for shipment, you need to receive the order and return it to us, or it will be registered as an "uncollected order" and you will be charged the aforementioned amount. This is valid for shipments within the European Union.

For shipments outside the European Union, after 10 days the shipment will be returned. You can get in contact with UPS' customer service in the receiving country to change delivery address or delivery date, etc. It is also possible to change delivery to a UPS delivery point nearby you.

 

If you have not collected your order, or arranged for home delivery within this time limit, your order will be returned to us and we will charge you USD 25 for an uncollected delivery. If you regret your purchase after the order has been prepared for shipment, you need to receive the order and return it to us, or it will be registered as an "uncollected order" and you will be charged the aforementioned amount. This is valid for shipments outside the European Union.

 

Payments

The payment is charged as soon as you complete your order at checkout.

We offer secure payments through Paypal and Shopify Payments.All purchases on the website are made through a secure SSL server to ensure secure shopping. We currently offer credit/debit card payment for VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
